Premier Full-Service LGBT Team Honored for
"In An ABSOLUT World" Advertisement

NEW YORK, NY – November 10, 2009 – SPI Marketing and partner Moon City Productions were recently honored at the inaugural GLAAD Media Advertising Awards Ceremony. The Awards recognize and honor individuals and projects in the advertising and marketing industries for their fair, accurate and inclusive representations of the LGBT community and the issues that affect their lives.

SPI and Moon City received the award for Outstanding Advertising – Print – for their work with ABSOLUT® VODKA and the "InAn ABSOLUT World" campaign. The outdoor billboard entitled, "Will You Marry Me?" depicts a marriage proposal featured on a JumboTron screen at a crowded baseball stadium, which reads: "Mark will you marry me?" -Steve The ad was created to portray " In An ABSOLUT World" the act of proposing and marriage as universal, versus gay or straight. The work also presents a non-threatening public display of affection based in love that is meant to educate and inspire.

"Our marketing is about bringing messages and supportive products to our community effectively above and below the line. ABSOLUT gets it and Moon City's creative brought it to life in a meaningful way. We're thrilled that our work has resonated with the LGBT community and beyond."
